She was so cute....Now, doing family history research, and going through letters, I see that My Grandad's parents didn't want him to marry her....she was a teacher, and too little and petite' plus was a city girl. He was a cattlerancher, (little ranch with lots of acres(maybe about 1500 acres), but not lush acres.....They had no washing machine nor dryer, so everything had to be hand done, line dried, and ironed.... ETC ETC.....She lived until her early 80's, and so did he....and even as a kids we could see they loved each other. It was so cute when he would come over and hold her hand while they looked out the window together....
