My opinion is based upon observations.

Years ago everyone was terrified of the credit card problems, people charging them to the max. Now those same people have been allowed to buy more house than they can afford.

Until we change the mindset by using pain, it's business as usual and raising my taxes or voting in a particular candidate isn't going to help anything.

Congress needs to be weaned, not rewarded. They can't control themselves, neither can their voters.

It's a generational thing, schools don't teach kids what we were taught many years ago.
