The first link points toward The Center for Media and Democracy, which is funded through donations. The first listed donors are the Bauman Family Foundation. I've never heard of the Bauman Family Foundation before, so maybe they do good work. However, here's a list of who they donate money toward. Looks like a who's who of environmental groups.

Not that I'm saying the information you found is false. But, I would need to do more research in order to determine whether the extremely negative slant toward Seitz is warranted.

The second link you posted I haven't bothered looking into. Can you send me the home page?

p.s. Their second donor is The Careth Foundation. From their website...

Devoted primarily to anti-war causes, the CarEth Foundation deems it axiomatic that "the major cause of destructive conflict" around the world is "the existing polarization between the powerful and oppressed." In the Foundation's view, international peace can best be achieved through a socialist model of wealth redistribution.

They're from Massachusettes and have over 2 billion dollars to invest/donate.

Next the Carolyn Foundation.

What we see is a web of left wing ideological groups supporting one another. And some are flipping out over Seitz working for a Tobbacco company. :-)

Dang! This is one HUGE industry with tons of money!
