If this would be just something off the wall and meaningless, I would agree with you... but these observations are common sense, and I saw them many times in real time. This is how Elliott developed his system of patterns in the first place - he didn't invent them, but "discovered" them based on empirical practical observations. I doubt that by looking at his hand drawn charts he exhausted every conceivable "real" pattern for all times to come. That's with all respect to old Ralph's genius, of course.
