Is it possible that urban areas could benefit just as much as rural areas from Walmarts opening clinics? From the participants it appears likely that the first clinics will be in more urban areas.

FWIW you would be shocked at the net worth of many of the people I see shopping in Walmarts. Some of the people I suspect have the highest net worths shop at one near me. OTOH people I know to hae lower net wealth but whom have high incomes are much more likely to shop at a Target in the area. Some will drive by the Walmart to shop with a "higher class" of people. If only they knew.
