I'm not "worried" about any of them Ted. My view of them is as a person that will be foreclosure shopping in the near future (hopefully). Las Vegas is a place I might want to live. Detroit and Cleveland are not.

Yes, but what do we do with the Detroits, Clevelands, Pittsburghs, Syracuses? There are many American cities that are dying on the vine. And yet, they continue to contribute to the well being of this country. Pittsburgh has done everything right to transition from a heavy industry town to one that's more cutting edge. And still it loses population. I am beginning to think its the weather that causes people to leave those cities but then there is Chicago and Minneapolis, both with lousy weather, and yet, both are thriving.
