Was this a winner take all delegates caucus/primary?

This is definitely an 'arbitrary' action on the part of the chairman-------13% still uncounted----would think there would be a recount.

Party chairman in both parties are known to do weird things.

I.e. Dems not going to seat delegates in Florida and was it Michigan--------those states were punished for wanting to hold their Primaries early. Did it really matter that they wanted to go early. Not a twit.

Remember one caucus some time ago I went to-------we used voting machines for about 2,000 voters in a big gym. The voting machines were oldfashioned clunkers------none of the vote counts on the machines matched with the people in line to vote and the party books. So the chairman ruled a re-vote and we did paper ballots--------we were there from 9 a.m. to almost midnight.

What was so amazing was that everyone was willing to stay and re-vote. Local restaurants brought in food to tide everyone over and no one got angry, just went with the flow.
