"The title is grossly misleading." No doubt --- like so many article titles --- it was crafted deliberately to be controversial and attention-grabbing. (The better to get people to read, what appears to me anyway, to be an important and thoughtful analytical article... possibly of great importance to America's future at this juncture in our history.) Any complaints you may have about the title can easily be directed to the American Enterprise Institute (conservative think tank of some note), as the email is listed at the bottom of the article....
