Answered... (and then answered again... and again... and again... ad nauseum.) More like danced around, then danced around again, and again, and again... And, unfortunately, the point about deficit spending appears to continue to elude you. It doesn't elude me, it just isn't answering my question. If you don't want to answer it, I can't force you, and wouldn't actually force you even if I could, but please don't pretend your answering it when you are not.
