Look at the average cost of Medicare and you'll also get a lower figure, but Medicare is paid for, that's the important point. Chinese money is paying for the war and has to be paid back eventually. "Look 10 years down the road".....you sound like Dick Cheney and the Iraqi oil revenues will pay for it all...right?
