I understand the NASD and the SEC are taking a gander at it.

Yeah.. Right.. just like Congress is supposedly investigating the naked short selling and FDA corruption involved with DNDN..

When that happens, we'll no longer have to worry about Global Warming.. Because Hell will have frozen over...

The only way Tokman will be able to bust the shorts is by locking in a customer and hard revenues.

Again.. I think the PICOP laser display technology is impressive, but that doesn't mean squat to the shorts.. The only thing they understand are profits and positive money pools forcing a short squeeze.. And to a point, I have to say I agree with them.. But I also agree that MVIS's current prices makes it appear that it's oversold.

But let's face some facts here.. Short-selling is a financial ATM for the brokerages. They take our shares and loan them out without notifying us (even without an outstanding margin balance), or they just counterfeit shares and loan them out anyway. What's the big deal?.. Reg SHO has no teeth, and no one seems to understand that "failures to deliver" represent the same thing as kiting checks in my bank account. Or, more appropriately, printing cash on my Deskjet and depositing the money in my bank account.
