sorry Ms Panty Yields, but many of us are no so forgiving when one uses his influence to escape the criminal justice system..... leaving that girl in the bottom of the drink was plan and simple homicide.....

The Chappaquiddick incident was certainly tragic and most likely an accident. Ted will never be clear of criticism for his behavior with regards to the aftermath because he has never come clean about it. He nailed the lid on his political coffin as far as I am concerned, however, with his dishonorable and deceitful attacks on Supreme Court Judge Alito from the Senate floor in 2006.
