Ah, but this signals LESS legal action, not more. it means EC is now convinced they do not have past evidence of wrong-doing, so they are looking under rocks for something new. if they had the goods, they'd just issue the verdict.

I think you should get our legal hound gvatty on the case. This calls for the big guns.

Also, reporting the same thing 17 times does not multiply the magnitude of the item. It is convincing evidence that even though the whole world knows that AMD and EC are making idiots of themselves, INTC is still on the buy list, at its post-crash price. And AMD is still on the shun list.
