The whole Iran-Dubai-Singapore-Papua-Singapore-NBangkok-Singapore-Curitiba-Cotonou. story.

Digicel is gets loans form the World Bank, go around buying licenses. In Timor the license is exclusive for Portugal Telecom.
Too build we'd need to build without license, wait and then launch.

It is too risky. On top of that MTN told me. Not being at MTN at bonus payment date, means no bonus. So I told MTN I would go back and would accept the offer they made for West Africa. Thus being elegible for the bonus. They procrastinated. The only chance for avisa was Bangkok or Abu Dhabi. There aren't many embassies fo Benin abroad. I needed a Credit card in Singapore and which was read 30.01.08. I flew to Bangkok, got the visa, came to Singapore, got credit card.
Then they balked at my price. I came to Brazil. Kept my cold blood and stuck to my guns. Then MTN Afhganistan called and offered me a job. I said the forst offer I got on the table I fly. Next day the Benin offer was on my in box.

Then they told me to be there this week. I negotiate with Experiment flying before her birthday and I'm in Guarulhos ready to go.

Got 8.5% increase. Will get my bonus. Everything ended up OK.

Man I almost went to Kabul!!!!!
