Your arguments are like saying the government is intimidating you. Without saying that its doing so because you walked into a council meeting and shot dead two officers, the DPW head, an alderwoman and a alderman. The government is intimidating you by pointing guns at you and telling you to put your hands up, arresting you, puts you on trial, finds you guilty, forces you to pay the fine and throws you in jail. Sure they should intimidate you, extort a fine from you, kidnap you and imprison you. That's what we pay them to do, lock up and fine murderers and intimidate others from doing the same.

Poor Jay, his favorite company got caught with its hand in the proverbial cookie jar.
