Yep. If the EU already had the goods, they wouldn't need new raids. They won't find squat at the Intel offices at this point, that's for sure.

LOL... You never know doug. Intel seems to be chock full of rogue empolyees that can't seem to follow the clear instructions of their superiors.

my guess is the entire EC case rests on declaring Intel's pricing schedule illegal for a dominant company. Probably Intel disagrees, and continues to use the price list, and will go to court if the EC insists that the price/volume schedule is improper.

So today's raids are likely to get evidence that Intel continues to use the frowned-upon schedule.
