if you label anyone in the future an AMD ally Excuse me? Labeling someone an "amd ally" is considered an insult?!? You mean saying "Tom Yager is an AMD ally," is an insult? Have you lost it? Check the dictionary. You should also ban yourself for discussing moderation on this thread, instead of PMing or using the Coffee Shop, no? :)

The %-age is the key. Nelli Kroes and another commissioner already in public speech said explicitly the high share is proof of undesirable state in the industry and their actions have the goal of reducing the large share. Intel's will of course appeal to the fact there is no law that outlaws high share per se. Only specific bahaviours are to be prevented.
