Uh based on what facts are you tying the tx cuts wo the current smaller than expected surplus?

The theory behind your tickle down crap is that its supposed to increase revenues, not reduce them. Unfortunately, the tax cuts have done too much of the latter and not enough of the former. Another BS enterprise by neos........much like Iraq and whatever else you all touch.
