I keep wanting to count the Feb Hi of 1396.02 as a 4 up.

What is it you're seeing that bars that count? Not that little wedge in Jan 08 - 14th right?

Unless Henri, we are in the iv of C here and we still have another 100 S&P points to the downside to complete the v of C. I agree with you that the wave down is not impulsive, but you have to agree that we could easily be completing the iv up of C and now we have begun the v down.
