Trust me, there is no US law which prevents anyone from criticizing the President of the US, or the leader of any other nation.

I travel extensively around the world and have criticized a number of leaders around the world, including our current chimpanzee president and John Howard the past chimpanzee Prime Minister of Australia.

If George W. Bush refuses to leave Africa and come back to the US, say because he can obtain cocaine and booze more easily there, it will be a blessing for the United States.

I'm quite sure he's far more popular in Africa, or on Mars, than he is here in the US.
