Immunity for Telecomms prohibits charges being filed that could cripple the industry and our economy ... Ah, the same old "we are doing it for the people" crap. Stalin would be proud of you folks! You are presuming a crime has been committed by some or all Telecoms that should be charged. There is no presumption of anything from those who oppose immunity. In fact, it is those who grant immunity who are making the presumption that the telecom cos need to be placed above the law for some reason.
