I don't know. Obviously the fact that most doctors elect not to accept the 1970's vintage reimbursement rates that Medicare pays causes some patients to experience delays in finding medical providers to provide service. It would probably cause them to receive the less desirable scheduling options as profitable patients received better service than unprofitable ones.

So let me guess, the solution to a problem caused by government is more government regulation?
