17:19 RICK Rick's Cabaret Earnings Call Summary (26.03 +0.86)

On call, the co says it gets many calls from clubs for sale, says it's a buyers market for clubs, especially the upper end clubs. The co sees the top 10-20% of clubs are within acquisition range (~500 clubs). The co says if clubs looking to monetize their assets, RICK and VCGH are the only exit strategy. Co likes their peer comparison with VCGH... The co assumes a 35% tax rate for the co's guidance... On strong same club comparisons, the co says NYC sees over 40% growth YoY, they say overall for all clubs it's a combination of more traffic coming through the clubs and increasing money spent per customer... On the co's next step to leverage their brand name, the co sees leveraging the brand in the next 3-5 years... On Las Vegas, the co is still weighing the options, would like to be in a casino and operating out of casino, but haven't ruled out owning their own space; they say it's a matter of when, not if.
