here's Kroes again, from your link. her primary concern is the share. Then after it is pointed out to her, or she figures on her own, that her concern about share is irrelevant to the law, she mentions something about abuse, without bothering to substantiate. If she truly was concerned about illegal actions, she would just talk about them. Share can be whatever it is. Why would she care, since there is no prohibition in the law for any size share.
