I think the time for McCain has passed him by. My problem is I wont vote the other way and I WILL NOT give up my right to vote. Romney just never did it for me and Huckabee (as much as I like him as a person) was going to bring in a religious edge that I don't want. Note to all candidates - don't utilize your religion as a tool to get elected and NEVER use it as a weapon. There are way too many people using religion as a weapon rather than seeing it for what it is - a book of love and teachings to live an honorable life. That's not to say I don't believe in God but I don't believe in using scripture to advance a political agenda. Pat Robertson drives me NUTS with his pompous, Ivory tower, judgmental BS!
