You obviosly haven't seen the fantastic contributions to our country by the CCC. Many of those gifts to this country are still being used today.

It could be something like like the Peace Corp..

I can see that in every town there would be things to do..
Think of the rivers that have garbage all over the shores.

Think of the community centers that could be served with
aides helping the children...

I don't think it would be too difficult to fine work for
the pay back.

A relative have her nursing degree paid for but had to live on an Indian Reservation for two years to repay the debt.

She now runs a clinic for women in Raleigh..

We have to be imaginative.
