As far as I know, (and I made an effort to look. Not tirelessly for a year, but many searches), the memo text has never been published. AMD said that a magazine will publish the memo, but I looked and didn't see it. Have you seen the memo text ? I would appreciate a pointer.

By the way, it would still be heresay, not admissible in a US court. What you and I say to each other about AMD or Intel is not proof about what Intel actually did. A US court will require independent evidence.

I don't know what Europe requires as evidence.
