I remember when condos first came into vogue.
They were frowned upon for some time and were considered the worst way to buy RE. Nothing but converted apartments with limited rights. Other than in resort areas, it was the bubble that finally gave them appeal, so much that the national HBs started building them.

Full circle coming as HBs exit and they revert back to rentals.
