Bush's rebate checks aren't going to do jack-!@#$. When many folks have 1/2 to a million dollars worth of debt per houshold, what in the !@#$ is a $600 check going to do? LOL.

It's the joke of the century.

The concept is fundamentally flawed. No company would include its debt into the shareholders equity.
