Once ACII has free cash flow, it would be an advantage to buy back shares and increase the stock value. This will help NASDAQ Listing.

You said you predicted in 2009 ACII will meet the pps requirements to be on Nasdaq. I read that in order to qualify for Nasdaq the company needs a bid of $5. That's awfully high, do you really think we could achieve that high of a pps on the pink sheets? I know a lot of company's get on Nasdaq by a way of reverse splits, this is my biggest fear.
I know it's a little silly to be talking about Nasdaq now, but the fear of a reverse split (now and in the future) is something to be talked about.
Right now the race is to get Revenue/profit to outperform outstanding shares, if they are able to achieve that, we should be alright for a while.
Then we would have to worry about ACII doing a reverse split to get on Nasdaq, if they do not grow quick enough then that could happen.
So there are a couple of obstacles we will have to go through to prevent another reverse split.
I'm praying to god, things go in our favor.
If somebody could help comfort me, and tell me not to worry about a reverse split, then please do so, because this is all I have been thinking about lately. It would be devastating.
