I wish I had the answers. I don't know.

Gold has been outperforming everything here lately.

Paying off debts would be a smart idea.

I wouldn't buy stocks or real estate, that's for sure. Maybe trade stocks, but it's becoming increasingly dangerous to go long, IMO.

I'm like Jimmy Rogers, I'm a terrible market timer, but I'm smart enough to know the Titanic is sinking.
