Bush addressed education and actually deliver what he promised. Talk about debates we've already had and I'm certain you have no desire to revisit. It's fairly easy to reframe that one is a failure and exactly the wrong medicine. Education reform in urban areas continues very much apace. One of the things it needs is widespread publicity. Obama would give it that. Someone (Sam) posted his, Obama's, attempts to publicize efforts in Harlem. As president, he could give those efforts unmatched publicity.
