No that micon report was produced way before the hedge? I will defer to your superior number crunching but not sure the bearing of the hedge on the old number.

I am sure both projects are viable.

the stock has been sloppy for a few weeks - I think this delay in getting everything going was sniffed out - the report seems O.K ( how did you view it ? conservative using 675)but at this point the market wants trumpets and fireworks to pay any attention - lets see where this stock bases
