Very common estate plan, doesn't cost much at all to set it up.

Thanks. I'll look into it. It's been sometime since we had those conversations but I don't think it's something that would have been missed.

If you have any money in IRAs then you should look into a stretch IRA. The law allows the money to grow tax free for the life of the next beneficiary until their retirement age.
