You like attacking strawmen. Don't attack someone's real position, make up one for them to attack. I suppose its much easier.

You claim was that revenue had been reduced to a trickle.

Estimated federal revenue is $2,662,000,000,000. Calling that a trickle is ridiculous. I called you on that. The only thing I was suggesting was that revenue is not a trickle but massive, and that calling it a trickle is silly and unreasonable.
