That's pretty defeatist.

I agree that there is a natural reluctance to upend our whole system. Part of the reluctance comes from the upenders throwing a bogus number around--claiming that 47 million have no access to health care. If the parties just calmed down and quit exaggerating, you might be surprised at the problem solving that would occur.

How many poor or unemployed conservatives would choose that option? I know many connies who are very happy with it. (anecdotal data of course)

It's kind of like the definition of a liberal.......a conservative who's been arrested...
