There is no question that there is blame to go around. But the GB was the captain of the ship from 2000-2004 with the rep controlling the house. This is when the course was set that has led us to this point. I'm also wondering if the same members of congress who voted for the new bankruptcy bill a few years back will propose legislation requiring the heads of various banks and investment firms to attend credit counseling similar to bk filers. It seems only fair since they have obviously mismanaged their finances.
