A healthy level of skepticism with regards to the statements and conduct of men wielding great power is always warranted.

But you simply dishonor yourself with base slander when a clear discussion of the facts would be sufficient.

"Bush lied, he changed the rules.

You've not qualified any lie uttered by Bush and he is perfectly within his authority to modify terms of negotiation any time he sees it to be in the best interests of America.
