I find that hard to believe------35%? Seniors are paying their insurance even if it is paid out of their Social Security each month.

If it is 35%, then somewhere along the line one has to look at the cost of the beauracracy that distributes the amounts for medical costs.

I wonder how he arrived at those figures.
