That chart extended to a year reveals we have had a thefirst decisive breakout move above 50ma since it broke below 50ma in July 2007. It has since then had three classic headfakes and failure on moves above 50ma, but this is quite different we had a break above 50ma and that was followed by a gap-up and a looooong hollow candle.
200ma should be the next test.
If we then go breakout on crossing above 200ma that would be quite bullish for yield and quite bearish for the bond itself.
We closed at 4.653 and the 200ma is 47.75.
5% is a NO until there is a move above 200ma followed by breakout move.. Max
