eauclairerealty.com That's a lot of house for 185. Still no takers. It will affect all of us because our values will also decline. I don't care because I've never looked upon a house as an investment but rather a place to live. I'll tell you though folks that are pinched and unable to make it and also can't sell because even if they put 20% down when they bought their home they are upside down in the thing are going to just start walking away from these houses at some point.
