Countrywide was my major carrier. Some were worse. Commercial loans were pure thievery.

reverse amortization is a killer.

most people can't understand the contract.

I stopped doing it because I was regulated by NASD/SEC in my real job....and I could not NOT disclose what I knew. IF you disclosed you could never sell these nonconforming mortgages.
