There was no bubble in most of the country when GWB became president except perhaps in parts of CA and NYC. Patron's vision thing here was a good 3-4 years early IMHO<g>

But let us really put it in perspective..I bet at least half the country didn't even have much of a housing bubble with significant price appreciation anyway from Texas to Georgia to Ohio to upstate NY. But a credit induced bubble via financial engineering starting in DC and on Wall Street and debt slavery for way too many people went global that is for sure..

We have seen dumbness of chimp day in and day out. Why even try to soft pedal this guys shortcomings?

Gotta admit - must have been difficult transition of chimperor worship to his criticism - (how so ever soft pedaled it may be)
