Ask Pogo who's to blame... He knows.. ...He knows.. :) PS: Buying houses on 100% margin in 05 is like buying stocks in 28, 29 on 90-100% margin.. No dif, imo, with realtors and mortgage agents pushing houses in 05 and brokers and houses pushing worthless stocks in 28,29.. And who's always biting ? Same ole, same ole

It was just one blunder in a long line of blunders that resulted in unintended results. I'd take the 1994 Congress anyday over this one. Even Bill trimmed welfare.
