I really take the information given on this thread as having a potential to help those in desperate need of physiological repair.

All vit/min/herb etc work to some degree. Given that thought, I would not want any person to suggest what works better/worse since none of us know how anything will inter react with an individual's physiology.

That said. I'll lighten up as you will lighten up.

Personally, I buy vacuum sealed whole flaxseed and grind it as used keeping it refrigerated at all times. I keep liquid flaxseed in the freezer as it does not freeze.

I have found painting liquid flaxseed on various skin conditions offers a profound healing affect.
