The Trig/HDL ratio is one I haven't seen before. The report I get from my doctor always displays the Chol/HDL ratio and I'm told a safe number here is < 5.9 and mine is 2.91.

My T/HDL ratio is 1.51, up slightly from last August. I've been eating a little candy lately and I suspect that's doing it.
