Call me crazy or chicken, but I'm getting the strong feeling that a wicked irrational selloff is imminent.

I wasnt necessarily talking about anthing more than GDP turning up. Housing obviously will be a drag for some time. Folks who arent able to pay an ever increasing adjustable mortgage while the value of their homes is 30-40% underwater shouldnt be characterized as deadbeats. Those folks had hopes dashed and now Job #1 for them is to find affordable housing and put food on the table and not to pay back the morons who loaned them money. Its great to be rich Bob but its not great to be so out of touch with the problems of others. The average guy who borrowed money was not flipping. He was grabbing at the brass ring and missed.
