Growth is a concept, it applies to things like companies, products and services, not exclusive to location of occurrence.

US companies operate globally, kinda like you right?

Most underestimate, or flat out dont know what is growing and what soon will. By way of example, you've done an excellent job keeping us updated on Tupi and all things Brazil....thanks.

But in the details of say Tupi exploitation, something is going to contribute, and most likely, that at least some of contributory content will be unique. Within the sum of the projects parts, many will Grow, because of the specialization required to exploit such a major asset, dont you think?

This is whats wrong with Mexico, their Pemex wanted control and now that they have it, they have shown themselves incapable of using it wisely, thier reserves are falling primarily due to lack of expertise and the social contract which diverts capital away from where its needed.
VeneZOOalia will meet the same fate only faster.

Hence the location of Tupi, off shore Brazil, so Brazils GDP should expand, but the contributors to the exploitation of that major asset will also grow; and isnt that what we are primarily interested in?
