Well I certainly don't.

But even with all those uncertainties, it seems that a figure that low implies that uncompensated care is not a major issue from the perspective of the health care system as a whole (even if it likely is for some hospitals or other health care providers or institutions). Well unless they systematically calculated every possible variable to reduce the percentage that is considered uncompensated cost, and I have no reason to think that is the case.
