Hi Keith, I think Spansion will either rock or sink depending on making guidance (BE). Because of the risk I think that analyst sentiment seems to be a bit below guidance (reversal of recent past). I think Samsung price reductions will be reasonably be in line with seasonal paterns, and that guidance during Q1 earnings CC will be rather important because of the very high costs of ramping SP1 particularly this Q. I think it'll rock (keep in mind this is what I thought about a year ago too). I don't like the risks that much though. It still might be a bit early to invest if guidance during Q1 CC would turn out to be mediocre.
